So what am I going to do with my fixie when riding up a hill? Either way, this infuriates me and makes me want to start a lobby group here in Vancouver. What would be money well spent if VPD also started policing bicycle routes for vehicle drivers who threaten the safety of bicycle commuters who have a right of way.
