In Audiosurf, you race down a futuristic and colorful highway. The highway, the traffic patterns, and the scenery are all synchronized to the music you have chosen from your own collection.

Just having fun. It’s a loop. I don’t know if quicktime can be set to play in loops while it’s in an internet browser window so you might have to download it and make it play in loops hypnotizing you. Sound designers feel free to download it and have fun doing something for it. Inspiration came from wandering around on YouTube. Larry Cuba’s Calculated Movements (1985), John Whitney-Matrix III (1972) graphics programming by Dean Anschultz music by Terry Riley, John Whitney “Catalog” 1961, Oskar Fischinger (1950), Fantasia, and Bruno 9li. I’m always impressed at how some stuff that seems really modern is already really old like the Oskar Fischinger experiments. Awsome.

Finally finished my submission for the OmegaCode Project. (right on the deadline). Check out hundreds of other posters from around the world on their Flickr Photostream.
As usual I took some screenshots while making it and should be posting when the new website is relaunched in a not so distant future.

We are launching the new look of MuchMoreMusic tomorrow, or should I say, MuchMore. If you are in Canada or somehow get the channel, check out the rebrand package. I did the design and Crush did most of the animation.

I’ve been playing around with Cinema 4d this term, here’s just another assignment using the sound effector, linking it to diferent frequences and then bringing the four of those variations together in After Effects of course, I think that AE is always a must!

The interface will be updated this week but to begin find something that is a unique color to track.
Then choose one of the color chanell buttons to suit your lighting/color situation
Click on the object of color that you wish to track.
if the ball white circle tracks to your object click the “snow button”
the particles will be the same color as the object you are tracking,
then switch to video. and click around

Homegrown. Rex is one of the leading design studios in Sampa. They have some free fonts. This one is sweet. The site is all in portuguese and some what caotic. When it loads click on BONUS at the bottom left. Then FONTES at the top left. It will ask you to fill in details to download. Feel free to use mine.
Awsomeness

This is awsome. Editing extravaganza. I also feel it says something about copyright laws, collaboration and our connected world. Best part: “Lets just pick the mother of all funk chords.” HAHAAA!!!
